The National Youth Ballet is looking for dancers
The National Youth Ballet has been around since the 2011/12 season. It is the first of its kind in Germany and is funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. The young company has two main goals: On the one hand, it promotes young dance talents who have completed their professional training, and on the other, it wants to find new forms of performance to bring the art form of dance closer to the people. The ballet is therefore not always performed on a large stage, but also in schools, retirement homes, hospitals and prisons, as well as in theaters, concert halls and festivals. The company performs throughout Germany and internationally.
The eight young dancers have their home at the Ballet Center Hamburg – John Neumeier. The engagement at the BUNDESJUGENDBALLETT is an important link for the dancers to prepare themselves comprehensively for the
