It is now possible to apply for an invitation to audition with NDT 1 for our 2024- 2025 season.NDT 1 seeks highly skilled dance artists interested in a collaborative contemporary dance environment. The artists should possess an extensive background and understanding of contemporary and classical techniques with experience in improvisation. Candidates should have refined artistry, enabling them to contribute to the creative processes within the company’s diverse and dynamic repertoire.

Who can apply
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience. Applicants born between 15th January 2001 and 12th January 2007 can only apply for NDT 2. Find more information here
How to apply
Your application should include:
✓ Your CV with headshot
✓ A video (10 minutes maximum in length) including: excerpts of contrasting contemporary repertoire and 1 to 2 minutes of uninterrupted improvisation that displays contrasting phrasing, dynamics, and use of space.
– Use YouTube or Vimeo only to upload your video.
– Do not edit the music in your video. We’d prefer to view your excerpts with the original music / score.
– In your video you must be clearly visible.
– NO promotional trailers
